Thomas Wagner - President
Thomas is the key and primary decision maker for all marketing and financial matters, including all monetary and contractual agreements. He provides direction to the staff; generates a cooperative team effort by motivating personnel to communicate effectively and to utilize each other's particular expertise. Aside from his managerial duties, Thomas has completed various courses at Devry Institute of Technology, Harper College in Electronics, Computer Programming and Mathematics. He possesses a wide knowledge of PC networking, communications, hardware and various software.

William Arvidson - Executive Vice President, Lead Programmer
After receiving an associates degree in digital electronics from William Rainey Harper College, William was employed with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. For six years he was a computer programmer and technician working at UL's Northbrook, IL office. In 1992, William left UL to work full time here at Genematrix, Inc.
Over his ten years at Genematrix, William has developed a specialty in the programming of management systems for various clients. William not only handles programming and most of the day to day operations at Genematrix, but he also uses his vast knowledge of IT to assist both our customers and his fellow employees.

Drew Campbell - Technician, Web Design Specialist
Drew Campbell came to Genematrix in late 1998 from Michigan where he worked as a support technician for CoreComm (formerly Voyager Information Networks). While there he assisted customers with technical issues over the phone regarding dial-up connection difficulties, hardware issues, and software configuration. He also received advanced Windows certification while working in the technical support department. Prior to working in technical support with Voyager he sub-headed the personal account sales department.
Before his work with Voyager, Drew was a Computer Science major at Michigan State University but he left the program to pursue his interest in Computer Graphics. He earned his BFA in Multimedia Arts and Animation from The Illinois Institute of Art in December 2000. He has been working with computers in various degrees since 1985.
